What plan should I get?
We’ve set up our plans with specific invoice amounts in mind. There are also two options for each plan - you can either choose to post all your communications yourself, or we can post them for you.
Therefore, you should choose the plan that reflects the amount of invoices you want to chase monthly, and the amount of time you want to save. For example, if you want to chase five invoices without sending any of the communication yourself, you would choose the Starter Plan: Posted.

Can I set up an itsettled account outside of the UK?
Currently you cannot set up an itsettled account if your business is not based in the UK. This is due to a difference in laws and regulations globally. If you want to see itsettled come to your country though, please do get in touch. Although we don’t have any short-term plans to expand outside of the UK, we’ll never say never!
Is the process legally compliant?
Yes! Every process we use at itsettled is legally compliant - we have developed and enhanced this process over the past 12 years at our sister company Credebt.
Why should I use itsettled, and not just chase invoices myself?
Do you really chase all your invoices on time? We’ve found that many business owners say that they have an effective credit control system - but in reality don’t have the time or knowledge to chase their invoices successfully. The itsettled process saves you both time and energy, as it provides you with all the communication you need in order to chase overdue invoices, before they’re even overdue.

Can I integrate itsettled with my accounting software?
Yes! We highly recommend integrating with your accounting software for the easiest and most time-effective way of chasing your overdue invoices. We currently have the option to integrate with FreeAgent, QuickBooks, and Xero. If your accountancy software isn’t currently an option, let us know. We’re always looking to expand!
How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password by going to the ‘about you’ page on the app. There you’ll find a section where you change your password.
When will I be billed?
You’ll be billed monthly, from the date that you signed up to itsettled. So, if you signed up on the 19th January, you’ll be billed for the period between the 19th January and the 18th February, ie; you’ll be billed for the month ahead, not retrospectively.
How do I integrate with Xero?
Head to the 'Your Account' tab in the top right hand corner of the screen, and then select the 'Integrations' tab. You'll see a list of the accountancy softwares we can currently integrate with - simply choose Xero (or your software of choice) and click 'Link'. From there you'll be taken to the accountancy software's website and asked to confirm the integration. Then you're done!
How do I disconnect from Xero?
To disconnect from Xero, head to the 'Your Account' tab in the top right hand corner of your dashboard. From there, click on the 'Integrations' tab, and simply click 'Unlink' from the accountancy software you're linked with. You can then link with another accountancy software if you so wish.
What are the benefits of integration?
There are lots of benefits to integrating itsettled with your accountancy software.
Mainly, you can save even more time, as integrating allows you to bulk upload invoices. This means you don't have to spend time uploading each of your invoices individually.
